Please include the email address on your SpinRise account and a short description of the problem. Do not include sensitive care notes or other private health information in your initial email.

Account deletion

In the SpinRise app, open the More tab. On the Settings screen, choose Request Account Deletion, review the deletion scope, and submit the authenticated request. The app provides a request reference after the server records it.

Support will verify the request and complete permanent deletion of the account and associated data within 30 days, except for records that must be retained by law. A completion confirmation must be sent after the request is fulfilled.

Apple subscriptions

Deleting a SpinRise account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Review or cancel subscriptions in Apple subscription settings.

SpinRise is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
